Anupama 5th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Indra tells Anupama she might feel bad. Anupama agrees and feels Anuj is right. She admits she was selfish for not thinking about Aadya. Anupama regrets breaking Aadya’s promise and choosing Aadya over Anuj. She remembers Anuj’s excitement six months ago and calls herself selfish again. Bala tells Anupama that Aadya is no more, but Anupama insists Aadya is alive and refuses to believe otherwise.

Indra asks Anupama to take care of Anuj. Anupama decides to find Aadya for Anuj’s sake and expose Ankush and Barkha’s truth. Indra and Nandita ask Anupama to take care of herself. Anupama and Anuj keep thinking about Aadya. Meanwhile, Meenu bumps into Vanraj, who asks her to be careful. Meenu talks about her first day at the internship, and Vanraj blesses her. Meenu mentions ragging at the internship, which makes Paritosh and Vanraj angry. Vanraj suspects that Sagar saved Meenu from the ragging.
