Anupama 7th August 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Anupama praises Meenu. Meenu asks Anupama not to thank her. Anupama says she has a few close people who care for her. Meenu, being a doctor, says she has to help Anuj. She also says Anuj does not have memory loss and just wants to forget everything. Meenu says Anuj wants to remember only the good things. Anupama decides to work with Meenu. Meenu decides to help Anuj. Anupama worries about Vanraj.

Meenu assures her that she will handle Vanraj and asks Anupama to keep Anuj happy. Indra and Bala decide to help Anuj too. Bala asks Anupama to forgive him. Anupama tells Bala not to apologize. Meenu falls into Sagar’s arms. Sagar worries about Vanraj. Meenu says she will handle Vanraj. Sagar thanks Meenu for helping Anuj. Meenu worries about Vanraj but knows she has responsibilities as a doctor.

Devika insists Anuj eat and not worry because Anupama will bring back Aadya. Devika tells Anuj to see God’s sign of keeping them close. She asks Anuj if he is crazy to believe Ankush and Barkha. Devika says Aadya is not foolish to take drastic steps. Anuj blames Anupama for Aadya’s condition. Devika tells Anuj about Anupama’s accident and current condition. She says Anupama doesn’t deserve Anuj’s hate; Anupama needs Anuj.

Anupama asks Anuj not to hate her and requests his understanding. Meenu returns home, and Leela scolds her for helping Anuj, calling Anupama her enemy. Meenu says Leela is Anupama’s enemy.
