Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 10th January 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Savi quickly puts her family, who are unconscious, onto a cart and then into a truck. She worries about them and tries to drive the truck but struggles. She prays for help. Reeva is asleep in a chair, holding a photo of Ishan. She wakes up, anxious about Ishan, hoping he is safe. She sees his photo frame is broken and calls him. Ishan, who is hurt and in a factory, answers with difficulty.
Savi manages to drive the truck but breaks traffic rules. The police chase her. She thinks stopping will waste time explaining to the police. A police van overtakes her and stops the truck. The inspector scolds her for driving dangerously and asks for her license. Savi explains her family is hurt and needs urgent hospital care. The inspector is sceptical but checks the truck. Savi begs him to let her go to the hospital to save her family.
The inspector calls an ambulance, but Savi says there’s no time. A policeman says the family isn’t breathing. Savi insists they are wrong and pleads, mentioning her father was a police officer. The inspector directs a constable to drive the truck to Ramtek Hospital and asks Savi to follow in the police jeep. She refuses and stays with her family.
At the hospital, the Chavan family is taken to ICU. The doctor asks Savi what happened. She explains that Mandar kidnapped them and held them in a paint factory, which later exploded. The inspector asks for more details. Seeing a god’s idol, Savi prays for her family’s safety. A nurse notices Savi’s injuries and suggests getting them treated. The inspector orders a constable to send a police team to the factory.
At the factory, the police find no hostages but learn they’re at Ramtek Hospital. Ishan, overcoming his injuries, heads to the hospital after hearing this. Ishan arrives at the hospital and sees Savi talking to the police. She hugged him, upset, questioning why Samrudh had hurt her family. Ishan comforts her, saying it will be okay. The doctor tells Savi her family didn’t survive. Distraught, Savi wonders if it’s her fault, but the doctor assures her they are already gone when brought in.

Savi mourns, feeling alone and betrayed by Samrudh. Ishan tries to comfort her. Ishan remembers trying to rescue the Chavans from Samrudh, who threatened them with a gun. Ishan distracts Samrudh, causing him to drop his gun, and then fights him. During the escape, Ishan is hit from behind and falls. Samrudh shoots, but they escape.
Back in the present, Ishan feels guilty about the Chavans’ death. He recalls a bullet hitting an oil tank, causing a fire. He wants to tell Savi he tried to help but is interrupted when a nurse says one patient is alive. Everyone rushes to see who it is.
