Kaise Mujhe Tum Mil Gaye 13th February 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Ishika stops Bhavani and Amruta on their way to the hospital. Ishika tells Amruta that she made a mistake by choosing Bhavani, and now Dnyaneswari is also in trouble because of this choice. Ishika convinces them that Dnyaneswari will eventually accept her, just like Jayesh did. She explains that a mother will always support her son, just like Bhavani supported her son and daughter.
Amruta agrees and tells Bhavani it’s time for them to make a choice, and they decide to support Bhavani over Jayesh. Ishika meets Dnyaneswari and tells her that the doctor said she’s doing well and will leave the hospital soon. Dnyaneswari compliments Harsh on looking good in a doctor’s coat, even though he’s not a doctor yet but hopes to be one in the future. When Jayesh visits Dnyaneswari, Harsh is surprised to see them talking calmly.
Amruta and Bhavani join them, but Dnyaneswari asks them to leave so she can talk to Jayesh in private. Bhavani and Amruta consider that Ishika might be right about Dnyaneswari accepting Jayesh. Amruta wonders how Dnyaneswari could accept Jayesh after everything that happened.
Jayesh admits to Dnyaneswari that he should have been honest with her but was afraid she would disagree with his decision. He reveals that Bhavani’s fears about Dnyaneswari being hurt by the truth kept him silent. Jayesh confesses his love for Ishika to Dnyaneswari, saying he never felt this way about Bhavani.
Jayesh believes that if Ishika were in Bhavani’s place, she wouldn’t have let Amruta’s engagement end. He praises Ishika’s relationship with the Ahujas and her ability to manage them. Dnyaneswari questions why Ishika didn’t do so, prompting Jayesh to make an excuse.
Babita picks a dress for Virat, who seems uninterested. Nimrit chooses a dress for him, too. When Virat asks Raveena for bank details for a payment, he gets upset at the mention of Amruta’s name but eventually gets the details from Raveena. Bhavani is worried about Dnyaneswari accepting Jayesh and leaving her. When Bhavani decides to leave the hospital, Amruta convinces her to speak her heart to Dnyaneswari and not worry about what others think. Bhavani agrees.

Virat dismisses Shekhar’s advice and leaves. Jayesh pleads with Dnyaneswari for a chance to pursue his true love. Bhavani asks Dnyaneswari to consider her side before making any decisions, but Jayesh reminds Bhavani that she’s not supposed to be there, leading to a remark from Bhavani.
