Teri Meri Doriyaann 16th June 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Gurnoor sends Akir on stage for a solo performance. The Brar family hopes Akir will do well. Akir gave a fantastic performance and impressed everyone. After his performance, Akir goes to Gurnoor and asks if she saw it. Gurnoor praises him. She then asks Akir’s classmates if they saw how well he danced alone and told them not to mock anyone.

Akir’s friends agree, and he leaves with them. Angad thanks Gurnoor, who says Akir just needed some motivation. The next day, Angad brings Akir to school. Akir sees Gurnoor and greets her. He asks if she will teach him other subjects like maths and science. Gurnoor says she is only his music teacher but will help him if needed. Akir agrees. An attendant tells Gurnoor that the principal wants to see her, so she goes.

The principal asks Gurnoor for her documents. Gurnoor asks for more time to prepare them. The principal reminds her she has already requested the documents and criticizes Gurnoor for making Akir perform solo without permission. Gurnoor says she asked Martha for permission. The principal tells Gurnoor she is unfit for the job and asks her to leave. Gurnoor agrees and leaves, with Angad watching from a distance. He worries that Akir’s studies might suffer without Gurnoor.
Angad approaches Gurnoor and offers her a job. Gurnoor asks why. Angad says he heard the principal fired her because of Akir’s solo performance and feels responsible. He asks Gurnoor to be Akir’s caretaker and teacher, living in his home. Gurnoor refuses, but Angad asks her to reconsider. She comments on it, and he leaves.
Outside the school, Gurnoor sees Amreek and her goons looking for her. She hides and thinks if she accepts Angad’s offer, Amreek won’t find her. Gurnoor gets into Angad’s car and says she accepted his offer, hiding her face with a scarf and pretending to pray. Amreek and her men decide to wait outside the school to catch Gurnoor.
As Angad drives away, he asks why she suddenly accepted his job offer. Gurnoor makes up a reason. Angad asks if she will be okay living in his home. Gurnoor says she won’t live there. Angad asks how she will take care of Akir if she doesn’t.
