Yeh Hai Chahatein 18th October 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, A doctor advising Kaashvi to rest so she can recover quickly. Kaashvi’s mom, Mrs. Gupta, asks who she should contact about Kaashvi’s situation. Kaashvi tells her to call Arjun but not to mention her injuries. She provides Arjun’s phone number.
At the same time, Arjun shows Mahima balloons with “I love you” written on them, hoping Kaashvi will understand his feelings by seeing them. Mahima tells Arjun that Kaashvi will be pleased. However, Arjun gets a call from Mrs. Gupta and learns Kaashvi is in the hospital. Mahima is curious about what happened, and after Arjun tells her, he rushes to the hospital. With Arjun gone, Mahima feels relieved and thinks about her next move, confident that Arjun won’t express his feelings to Kaashvi.
At the hospital, Arjun is shocked to see Kaashvi hurt. She tells him not to worry since she’s okay. Arjun is upset she put herself in danger, even if it was to save a child. He asks her not to do such things again and decides to tell her his feelings later. He shows his affection by kissing her forehead.
Arjun then takes Kaashvi to her home. Dadi, her grandmother, checks on Kaashvi’s health. Arjun shares the story of Kaashvi’s bravery, and she tells him she only has a minor injury. A factory event is postponed because of this, but Kaashvi convinces Arjun to go ahead with it. She promises to make special sweets, called laddus, for the occasion. Mahima offers to help make them. The family teases Mahima a bit, but Kaashvi supports her.
The next day, with Kaashvi’s guidance, Mahima prepares the laddus. The family praises Mahima for the tasty sweets. As they prepare to leave for the factory, Dadi suggests Mahima go alone as it’s her job. But Arjun insists on joining her, saying he has lots of tasks to handle. Meanwhile, Dadi and another family member, Romila, go shopping for a gift for Arjun.
When they reach the factory, Arjun is amazed by the decorations. Mahima reminds him to proceed with his special plan. However, a twist occurs when Micky eats a laddu, feels sick, and believes it’s food poisoning.
In the next episode, just as Arjun is about to eat a laddu, Kaashvi stops him, sharing Micky’s situation. Mahima, undeterred, decides to eat one. The family is anxious, and during a religious ceremony, someone declares it can’t continue due to the unfolding events.
