Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 11th October 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhir wonders why Muskaan is tidying up the decorations. Ruhi is looking for everyone. Manish says Akshara is sick, so there’s no wedding today. Abhir wants Manish, Swarna, and Suhasini to tell the real reason. Ruhi believes that if everyone is here, the wedding should go on.
Suhasini tells Ruhi and Abhir they’ll understand when they’re older. But they feel they are old enough to know. Manish then shares about the new baby on the way. Both Abhir and Ruhi are excited about a baby sister. This news surprises Manish, Swarna, and Suhasini.
Abhimanyu calls a doctor for Akshara. He spots a photo with Abhinav. Manjari supports him and wonders if stopping the wedding is correct. She feels that finding out about Akshara’s pregnancy after the marriage would’ve been a mistake.
