Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 18th October 2023 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhimanyu doesn’t want to stay at Goenka’s house. But Akshara asks him to stay. They argue and talk about old times. Abhimanyu plans to move soon. He asks Akshara about going to Kasauli. Akshara wonders if he can stay without Manjari. He promises to visit Manjari. Akshara tells him to think of himself too. Abhimanyu misses Manjari. Akshara is shocked.
Mahima gets a call. Parth wants to meet her for hospital work. Mahima thinks about it. Manjari is waiting for Abhimanyu. Shefali and Arohi tell her to relax. Akshara talks to Manjari. She wants Abhimanyu at a wedding. Manjari doesn’t agree. Akshara pleads for the sake of Abhir and her coming baby. Manjari believes Abhimanyu will come back.
Arohi questions Akshara for pleading. She reminds her she’s strong. Akshara wishes for Abhimanyu and Manjari to be together. Abhimanyu meets Parth at the hospital. Mahima tells Abhimanyu not to interfere. She leaves with Parth.
Swarna comforts Akshara. Muskaan asks Akshara about some form. Akshara will do it later. Both urge Akshara. Akshara feels something’s wrong. Manjari tries to harm herself to get Abhimanyu back.

Surekha thinks with Manjari unwell, Abhimanyu won’t come back. Manish tells Surekha to be careful with words. Akshara prays for Manjari. She wants her to get better. Abhimanyu informs Akshara that Manjari is awake now.
