Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 7th April 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhira fixes a photo of Akshara. Arman feels sorry for Abhira. Abhira asks Arman if he is there to tell her off. She asks for some time. Arman hugs Abhira. They talk about planning a birthday for Akshara. Abhira doesn’t want Arman’s help initially, but then she agrees. She decides to find out who framed Akshara’s photo.
Manish asks a shop owner to find out who brought the photo to be framed. Swarna tells Manish to hurry back. Abhira misses seeing Manish. Swarna tells Manish they can’t have a birthday party for Akshara because of Ruhi. Manish insists they should celebrate. Swarna and Sureka try to change his mind. Manish hopes for a fresh start.
Arman and Abhira uniquely celebrate Akshara’s birthday. Abhira is very happy. Arman encourages her to enjoy the birthday. Abhira hopes Arman’s wishes come true. Arman plans a surprise party. Manish, Swarna, and Surekha go to a temple. Swarna is worried about Ruhi. Ruhi goes to the temple to learn about the Goenkas. Manish plays a song for Akshara. Abhira and Ruhi hear it.
Madhav calls Manish and shares news about Akshara. Ruhi is surprised to see the Goenkas celebrating. Manish asks Ruhi to forgive Akshara. Ruhi can’t forgive. Manish is upset. Ruhi questions how her pain compares to Akshara’s. She feels alone while Akshara has a family.
Abhira searches for Akshara’s family and prays for help. Manish asks Ruhi again to forgive. Ruhi is very sad and says she can’t be part of the birthday. Abhira overlooks the Goenkas. Arman gets ready for the birthday. Kaveri argues with him, blaming Abhira for her troubles. Arman defends Abhira. Kaveri is angry with him.
